foam mattress ineffective air conditioning
the location was acceptable (right by the opera metro).
the mattress seemed like foam and made me hot. the air conditioning was ineffective, so the room felt stuffy despite it being november and the radiator being off. i ended up paying extra to change rooms, frustrating.

safe walking detailed information kind staff
The location is seriously amazing. it felt super safe walking around alone. This is important to me! alina sent super detailed info on how to get to the place from the airport. she was super communicative and kind!
the wi-fi was a little slow sometimes, but really this was not a big deal!

amazing location helpful staff breakfast voucher
The location was amazing, right in front of the royal palace and a beautiful park! the staff was really polite and helpful, especially alina, who offered great suggestions. i also enjoyed the breakfast voucher at cafe de oriente. It was totally worth it. the room was clean. They changed towels daily!
The noise from the nearby restaurant was a bit much. It hosted an event one night, and i heard them dragging equipment before 7:00 am.

Excellent Stay with Palace View
excellent location friendly staff palace view
The location was excellent. I could easily walk to many attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful (especially with directions). The room featured a wonderful view of the Royal Palace. I found the thoughtful decoration and furnishings very appealing.
The air conditioning was somewhat ineffective, so the room felt a little warm at times.

central location, a real find
double bed fresh refurbishment chocolate treat excellent value
the single room i booked featured a comfortable double bed. it looked freshly refurbished with tasteful decoration. attention to detail was evident throughout. the nightly chocolate treat was a nice touch. breakfast at the affiliated downstairs restaurant offered excellent value and taste.
The old building needs some maintenance. I noticed minimal facilities in my small room.
