The location was amazing, right in front of the royal palace and a beautiful park! the staff was really polite and helpful, especially alina, who offered great suggestions. i also enjoyed the breakfast voucher at cafe de oriente. It was totally worth it. the room was clean. They changed towels daily!
The noise from the nearby restaurant was a bit much. It hosted an event one night, and i heard them dragging equipment before 7:00 am.

The location was excellent. I could easily walk to many attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful (especially with directions). The room featured a wonderful view of the Royal Palace. I found the thoughtful decoration and furnishings very appealing.
The air conditioning was somewhat ineffective, so the room felt a little warm at times.

the single room i booked featured a comfortable double bed. it was freshly refurbished with tasteful decoration. attention to detail was evident throughout. the nightly chocolate treat was a nice touch. breakfast at the affiliated downstairs restaurant offered excellent value and taste.
The old building needs some maintenance. I noticed minimal facilities in my small room.
